Natasha came to Givingmas through Exodus Ministries after traveling many difficult roads to get to where she is today. She grew up in a troubled home—her mother loved her deeply but struggled with addiction. Sadly, Natasha faced the same challenges and was living on her own by the age of 13. Years of hardship and negative influences ultimately led to her incarceration, leaving behind her two young sons.
Natasha Has Transformed Her Life
Thirty-six months after her release, Natasha enrolled in Exodus Ministries—a decision that changed her life forever. Today, she has full custody of her two loving boys and continues to make great strides toward a brighter future.
Natasha is a wonderful example of the Givingmas philosophy in action: we walk with families as long as they are committed to growing.
Here are just a few ways Givingmas has supported Natasha along her journey:
Helped her secure her first car loan, providing safe transportation and building her credit history
Provided a new laptop so she could continue her education
Encouraged accountability by pausing financial support when she stepped away from personal growth, while continuing to maintain contact and encouragement
Welcomed her back when she recommitted to her goals, including improving job skills to work toward buying a home
Celebrated her success as she made extra principal payments on her car loan, shortening the payoff date by four months
At one point, Natasha told us:
“I wish I had listened to you. I know I need to buy a house for my family, and the only way to do that is to improve my job skills.”
A Journey of Growth
Givingmas is proud to walk alongside Natasha as she continues her amazing development. Like all of our families, Natasha’s success is rooted in her own determination and effort—our role is simply to provide the encouragement, resources, and accountability to help her succeed.
When you donate to Givingmas, you are directly supporting families like Natasha’s, helping them turn challenges into lasting success.
“Changing lives, one family at a time.”
