REQUIREMENTS

At least one of the family members must be employed, even part-time.

Family must be looking for guidance, advice, or assistance.

If substance abuse is a concern, individuals must demonstrate 24 months of continuous sobriety.

Family must be looking to reach independence and self-sufficiency.

WHO CAN SUBMIT A NOMINATION?

The short answer is basically, anyone. Historically, we have received nominations from individuals, civic groups, various shelters, houses of worship, and even self-nominations.
